Youtube Instructional video

Are there any plans for making a Instructional video on Youtube? I like the idea of creating virtual devices and attaching them to events. But for some reason I am not able to get them consistently working. I end up using the phrase "Alexa, tell homeseer to..." Which I really do not want. I would like only normal speaking phrases.

An instructional video showing how the API and the Skill would be awesome. Thank you!

great idea, i didn't know this is possible, i am having trouble setting alexa up to.

I will create one after Amazon fixes what they broke in the last Alexa code release.

I know it has been a while. The Skill and API have flaked out on me. Without any changes on my system (either HS or Echo), the Skill no longer works at all and the API is returning a gibberish message about my command not be supported by the device I specify (even though it performs my command).

When this has been sorted through, I can create some neat videos.
