Aeon Labs Door/Window Sensor

Hi everyone,

I have an Aeon Labs door/window sensor which accurately reflects the status of the door. However I notice the battery information never seems to update. Do I need to do anything special in order to get that to update?

Isanyone with the two AA battery version of the Aeon Labs window/door sensor able to confirm their battery status is properly updating on HS3?
