Can't get Alexa to work!!

She says she find 2 devices but 3 show up... 2 Nest which is linked to HS and Wemo. The Linked Devices include Homeseer amzn1.ask.skill.(lots of numbers and letters) and Nest. I have logged in successfully to both links in the sticky.

Please see my attachment.... this is the only part I am not sure is correct.

I tried that and still Alexa does not discover. Do I need to restart in a certain order or wait a certain timeframe in order to get it to work.

Yes Voice Control is checked on that box.
