Hi Michael,
I wonder if you would take a look at something for me. I am having some trouble with the xapmcsWebcontrol (V1.0.3.4) reporting analog voltages on A1 to A3.
I recently upgraded one of my webcontrol boards to version v03.03.29, which is working fine (IP 192.168.1.195). And I made some minor changes with analog devices connected to another board, which is the one causing me problems. This board has not been upgraded (IP 192.168.1.228). And there have been a few Windows updates (Win 10 Pro) over the last few weeks.
The problem is that the analog voltages are not being reported accurately. There is a disparity between what the web interface board status reports and what xapmcsWebControl is reporting. I think this is best illustrated with screen shots (attached).
The voltages come from a pH and ORP transmitter (2-10v output). They usually bounce around a few millivolts. So A1 for example changes from between 846 to 851 every time the board takes a reading. And A2 668 to 671. But xapmcsWebcontrol is not updating the readings as you can see from the values and time stamps from the status screenshot. Occasionally when they do update they are always under reported by a few mV.
The temperatures are working fine.
I've tried deleting the config file and starting fresh. But the problem persists.
I have noticed this in the debug log on occasion:
But it seems that the data is being retrieved accurately (aip1, aip2 etc). Zipped debug log attached.
There is an error in the MAC address though (missing colon).
Can you give me some advice where to start trying to fix this?
Thanks, Marty.
