UPB rain8 stopped working

A month ago, I updated to version 2.17.05 from 2.15.27 on standalone setup. When I activated the program this season, I noticed that the UPB zones where failing and the valves not working. I checked the IO window and the communication seemed appropriate. Because of that I changed out the hardware to see it that was the issue. Failures continued. I finally went back to the 2.15.27 version and all works fine with the old hardware and new. Michael, Can you look to see if something changed from the 2.15 version to the 2.17? I can re-install the 2.17 version to generate some log files if that would help.

I looked at the debug data vs. the current source and do not see consistency. I will need to get on the hardware when I return next week to look further. In the protocol sequence a PA is expected from PIM and then the expected response is changed to PN which is what the Rain8UPB's PIM should be delivering. The debug shows PA continues to be expected on the second PIM's response and this is what is not consistent with the source.

Micheal, Have you had a chance to look at this issue again? Is this similar to an issue you fixed a while back. https://forums.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=159056

You are correct that I broke it along the way. It is fixed now in 2.17.0.10. http://mcsSprinklers.com/mcsSprinklers_217010.zip or from beta update on Other Page.

Thanks, it appears to correct the original problem with UPB, but now the zone status page no longer shows zones grouped by area. Its just one long list of all the zones. Can you fix?

There is a button on that page to select zone vs. area sort
