connecting issues with Fibaro door/window sensor connection

This is frustrating the heck out of me.

I've been using the Fibaro door/window sensor with an attached probe for years to measure temp in my hot tub. Stopped reporting some time back in July.

New probe, reset device, etc. will work for awhile, then just stop reporting. like there is no polling going on whatsoever.

i don't have it mounted, so the TMP button isn't being pushed on the back end....but that didn't matter before. I also didn't need to have the magnet next to it. I've woken and optimized, etc. all good.

Running HS3 Standard Edition 3.0.0.318 (Windows)
    Zwave plugin version 3.0.1.130

    Any thoughts?

FYI for anyone dealing with similar issue. Fibaro support came back to me on this question.. i did NOT know this :-)

You also probably know, but just in case, remember about the fact that device reports the temperature only in case it changes above given limit.
The limit is set with parameter 51. Per default, the temperature must change by at least one degree in order to report the value.
