    NetCam not working for me

I recently migrated to HS3 and am trying to get Netcam to run 2 Foscams: a lo res F18910W and a hi res F19826P. I cannot see either camera in Netcam View and I cannot see the hi res in HSTouch. I am using this protocol for both in Netcam: http://192.168.#.#:#/snapshot.cgi? Any ideas??
    HS4Pro on Windows 10
One install with 2 Ethernet Z-nets
    2nd install with 1 Ethernet Z-net
    300 devices, 250 events, 8 scripts
    6 CT-100 tstats
Serial IT-100 interface to DSC Panel with 8 wired zones
18 Fortrezz water sensors & two valve controls

Same issue here. I am trying to view a snapshot from my kinect camera (it's enabled in the kinect plugin) as well as a foscam. I am using the correct URL with the foscam and can access it from my browser. When I inspect the netcam page I get "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (OK)"

Also found this in my logs:

    Code:
Posting back to plugin web page NetCam_Config: Index was outside the bounds of the array.-> Server stack trace: Exception rethrown at [0]: at System.Runtime.Remoting.Proxies.RealProxy.HandleReturnMessage(IMessage reqMsg, IMessage retMsg) at System.Runtime.Remoting.Proxies.RealProxy.PrivateInvoke(MessageData& msgData, Int32 type) at HomeSeerAPI.IPlugInAPI.PostBackProc(String page, String data, String user, Int32 userRights) at Scheduler.proxyPage.postBackProc(StateObject& state, String Data)

In Netcam config, the low res camera should normally work via:
      http://ip-camera:port/snapshot.cgi?user=username&pwd=password

Try to use for the FI9826P the url:

      http://ip-camera:port/cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=snapPicture2&usr=username&pwd=password

Does anyone know what the purpose of creating a netcam device on the devices page is for? Should there be an image associated with the camera here?
I too am moving (slowly) to HS3 and when I added the camera, netcam asked if I wanted to create a device...

Images will appear in the Event Snapshot or the other tab.
Sometimes you need to manually create an event that takes screenshots at a regular interval with the Netcam.

The Netcam plugin does not always work if the connection occasionally drops over wifi to the camera.
I personally have migrated away to both the UltraNetCam and BlueIris plugins.

I have a couple FI9900's I just picked up. I'm having the same problem. I tried both of the above syntaxes, with no results... Any other ideas?
