    Panel Offline

Since upgrading to v3.0.2.5, my Ethernet Connection intermittently shows "Panel Offline" and the status of the zones are not updating.

Also, the log file is empty - Program Files (x86)/HomeSeer HS3/Logs/OMNI.log

The log should never be empty. Something else must be going on.
Can you try disabling/re-enabling the plugin?
Also, check the logs from the web interface at OMNI -> OMNI Logs

I disabled/re-enabled the plugin and the zone status has updated and the panel now shows online. I disabled/re-enabled the plugin yesterday and the panel went offline again later in the day.

When I go to OMNI -> OMNI Logs and "Load Log" that is also blank.

Hmmm.... Go into the OMNI config and make sure the log setting is on DEBUG. It's on the Configuration tab.

When I turn on DEBUG, Logs are generated.

ah - that looks better. Now, disable/re-enable the plugin and allow it to run and collect some info.

I will say that panel disconnects are somewhat common for the OMNI and are usually fixed by using a 10/100 hub between the panel and your network, or by using a managed switch and setting it to 10mbps/Half Duplex. Click on the Help tab in the plugin config for more info.

Set my port to 10mbs/HD. What about flow control; enable or disable?
              Thanks!

Disable it for now and let's see how that works.

As far as i can tell everything seems to be working fine now, I'm not sure what was happening.

I have always had a 10/100 hub between my panel and my network and I didn't make any other changes.

                  I will email my logs.

Thanks for all of the help,

                  John

Good! I did get your logs and everything looks fine. You have an impressive number of zones - I'm jealous!
