    Installed but not graphing

    Hey guys,

I've just installed the plug in, added some devices, given it time to gather some data and tried to make some graphs but cant get anything out of it. (String or on/off). When I hit generate it goes to a blank page.

    Ideas?

Nothing in the log file either.

Did you follow the instructions on installing the charting from Microsoft? That is needed in order for the charts to work.
    Cheers,
    Bob

I will have to check the install package when I get home but I think there was a document installed when you installed it. It might be in the docs folder

Now I have charts, which are empty.

Edit: Just my Device Value charts.

            I gotta say I am disappointed with these charts too. This is what I was expecting;

No where are there screenshot of the charts this plug in makes. For the $29.95, this is over priced and I am underwhelmed.

A bar chart of the number of times a device turns on and off? does anyone actually use that?

Email me if you are still working on this product; I'd love to give some input and help on improving this product.

I plan to add to it but I just do not have the time right now. It is on my list.

Any idea how to make the charts work?
Where do I look for any diagnostic info?

Is it logging to the database? If there is no data in the database then no charts. The database is in the /data/BLChart folder under HS

There is a MDB in there (Access?) that was updated 7 minutes ago. I assume this indicates it's getting data?

Yes it is an Access database.
It looks like it is getting data. Does the chart show anything? Can you attach a screenshot
                      Cheers,

Sorry, been busy. (Christmas and all that)

Anyhow, here is the screenshot. And no, it hasn't fixed itself.

You are going to need to log a help desk ticket on my site and add a debug log of you executing a chart in the plugin. Zip the debug log before attaching it to the ticket.
                          Cheers,
