Dragon Tech firmware for step?

Is there firmware available to set the step rate in the Dragon Tech PD-100? I try to set the rate but it doesn't take.

And, on another note, is Dragon Tech out of business? If so, I'm concerned because I have ALL Dragon Tech, read Homeseer, switches and dimmers in my home.

Their website is down and emails to support@dragontechind.com get returned with a delivery failure. Doesn't look good.
