Just recently noticed that this is happening now with Linux Chrome too.
Yes I have moved on but more sites are now starting to do this. No See unless you shut off your ad blocker.
Different with my Android tablet.

Something seems to be mis-configured. Now, I am actually watching a US Cellular ad (in that window) that is stretched and cropped to the point of being indecipherable. The sound blurts in and out, but doesn't seem to, necessarily, be the whole message.
Sprint is also playing.
AHA! "Ad Choices" seems to be the miscreant.
What is messed up is the video "never" fits in the ad window. It's always cut off making it completely useless as an ad to begin with.
