    myhs touch getting wronge account

    im wondering why when i log in on my iphone i get someone elses info,
    but if i log in on my pc with myhomeseer i get the right info. at the same time with amazon alexa i also get the wrong info. its like im connecting to someone elses account.
    it was working fine until a month ago
    can someone help me fix this problem

    This happened to another user a while back. Send an email to support@homeseer.com and they can check your myhs account.

      In theory, this should not be possible, can you send me a private message with your license ID and the login email you are using so I can see what is going on.
