    Right, not sure if you could merge two existing networks, with out taking one down to bring it back on the other controller.

        Knowing how the documentation goes with HS, I doubt it. I've only read about it here in the forum.

          That's what I thought. I want to have a redundant system but I don't want to do what mmn did and break it!

            No, you really don't! Still have not had the motivation to try again, especially since I still don't know what went south.

              I built the system this way, to let the HS system determine which Znet a device should answer to.
              it's a big square 5000sq' office/warehouse. Once the Znets were in place then running Optimize will set the preferred Znet for each node.

                BlairG, are you willing to share how you accomplished it? There doesn't seem to be any reliable documentation or instruction how this is done!
