I've added other z wave devices before and after trying the recessed door sensors with out a problem. I also added older recessed door sensors within the last month successfully. I suspect its something with the 'new' ones?

I talked with HomeSeer support this morning. Seems the sensors I ordered from Amazon are NOT the correct ones for the US Z-Wave standard. They broadcast on a different frequency. Problem solved. Return and replace
