Error just after installing-fresh install

After installing and starting the server I attempt to view the homepage and get"

Error Processing ASP.NET page: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Inside the logs I get this:

9/5/2008 11:19:10 PM - Error - ASP.Net page: Could not load file or assembly 'HS2Util, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I am running latest HS2 on Vista Ultimate 64-bit.

Getting prompted to login only on the setup tab

The .NET errors are gone after restarting the service, but now it is asking for a login name and password on the SETUP tab. I was able to get into this earlier. This is my second re-install, and on the first install I was able to get into the setup tab and add a X10 controller. Looks like this HS2 is running on Apache, where is the config file for user permissions/rights?

The default user name and password are default/default. Does this no longer work?
