Device string not updated in v3.8.6121.22741

Hi Beerygaz,

Since the installation of the latest version of the PI the device string is not updated.

I installed the PI on 02NOV2016 21:53 after that the device string is not updated (see image).

Rolling back to the previous version solved the isue.

John, can you do me a favour and clear the device string on one device and tell me if the plugin updates the device string correctly on the next poll please?

What do you exactly mean by clear the device string?

Remove modbus address?

No, I mean run a command from the control menu &hs.setdevicestring(deviceref,"",true)
Deviceref is the device reference number (from the advanced tab on the device config page)

The device string does not change after an update of the value (stays empty).

The status and value of the device changed correctly.
