Either way, might all be good. Suggest you turn debug on, best I would say, is to restart HS or the PI, wait until initialized, then hit a few buttons and capture everything. Post log. If you can add a couple of screenshots of Device management page & config page, I would have most the info I need.
Alternative, turn debug on, delete the device (on the config page), add again, click on create remote buttons and post that log (or both). Don't forget the screenshots.
