homeseer and HAI

I have several customers that we have done HAI installs for that are unhappy withthe HAI interface offerings. I am looking for a better interface to sit on the HAI system and Nevo systems. Since the ipad is out I would like the interface to render on that platform along with the itouch and iphone. That seems to be the rout most of out customers have gone. Will home seer do this?

I have tried to call several times and have been unsucessful in contacting anyone and have basically been hung up on by the answer system, do you have tech support or pre sales assistance?
