Running HS3 on Linux (an RPI3, actually) I've been unable to update the Z-Wave plugin in quite a while -- I'm on 3.0.194; 3.0.130 is current. Each time I've tried over the last few months I get the message:
'Install/Update of packages HomeSeer Z-Wave failed.'
The only log messages I can find are in /var/log/daemon.log. The relevant messages are:
Sep 9 12:30:57 elms-hs3-01 mono[1603]: 12:30:57:3888:[Updater]->Downloading update: HomeSeer Z-Wave
Sep 9 12:30:58 elms-hs3-01 mono[1603]: 12:30:58:2291:[Updater]->Update HSPI_ZWave.exe downloaded successfully
Sep 9 12:30:58 elms-hs3-01 mono[1603]: 12:30:58:2301:[Updater]->Installing package HomeSeer Z-Wave
Sep 9 12:31:00 elms-hs3-01 mono[1603]: 12:31:00:8330:[Updater Error]->Installation of package HomeSeer Z-Wave failed. Try disabling the plugin first, then re-try the update.
Sep 9 12:31:00 elms-hs3-01 mono[1603]: 12:31:00:8344:[Updater]->Install/Update of package HomeSeer Z-Wave failed.
I have disabled the Z-Wave plugin per the hint the log, but that didn't help. The system has even been rebooted with the plugin disabled to make sure the plugin was not running.
Any suggestions?
