I was confused when I viewed the Plugin maintenance window. After going back and forth I realized the html table view that it creates was all messed up. Nothing lined up and there was nothing to click on or do. My default web browser is IE 11. I viewed the same screen via Google Chrome and viola. All made sense and I now saw the checkboxes to download and install the plugins.
