Hi I had a Windows based HomeSeer Pro 3 sever running in my last house but this was a few years ago.
I'm now in a new home and with winter approaching I'd like to finally start the fun again.
So I've done no research for a long time and before I go endlessly digging through the forum maybe some can share some quick feedback.
1) I'd like to run HomeSeer on a more power efficient device this time around and I see raspberry Pi controllers now, which I do have spare Pi3 and Pi2 laying around however are these really powerful enough? I don't mind buying say a Zotac C series mini PC etc.
2) So is HS pro 3 linux compatible? I'd loved to run under linux and not buy another window license and I work with linux all day long.
Any opinions/feedback greatly appreciated. Or anything else interesting I might have missed over the past 3 years....lol
