Cant get Reolink NVR working W/ plugin

I have tried everything:
1. I have tried to tryed the url for the camera and entered username/password in proper fields = NOTHING

2. I have even received the snap url from Reolink:

http://(ip address)/cgi-bin/api.cgi?cmd=Snap&channel=0&rs=(any combination of numbers and letters)&user=(user name)&password=(user password)
(Every time you refresh the website it will snap a new picture)

STILL NOTHING

What have I missed?

does it work if you setup the camera as its own system in IH?
