install issue

every time i try i get install failed. the zip file isnt even unzipped but the folder is made in the updates3 directory, do you have steps for a forced manual install?

error i see is :Installation of package PHLocation failed. The installation file 'PHLocation_3_0_1_2.zip' does not exist. Please retry download.

made sure its in the updates3 folder

Just tried it here on Windows / Linux and it works fine with the latest 3.0.1.2 download.

PHLocation_3_0_1_2.zip goes in \Updates3\Zips

Updateroverride.txt goes in the root HS3 folder.

I know this is not a PHL problem but...

I cannot access the ZIPS folder due to permissions on Ubuntu. Any workaround?

You will need super user access to get past file permissions.

What application are you using to copy files?

For example on Lubuntu opening a console window and typing

sudo pcmanfm

will open the file manager app PcManFM with elevated privileges allowing you to copy files into the zips folder.

Very nice! It worked and got it installed.. Now just to figure how to make it work...Thanks again....
