A couple of things to check :
Are you selecting the correct label type?
Using pc access or your console, verify that the date /time are correct.

Sorry, meant panel type. Make sure it is set to your lte panel.

No - a few/seconds/minutes wouldnt be an issue.
There was an issue early-on when the clock was not set at all that caused the plugin to bomb.

The logs seem to stop around the time it is trying to identify the controller (panel). On the config screen for the plugin, do you have the correct panel type selected? I see you are running an Omni lte - just make sure the dropdown has that panel type selected and let me know.

Ah - thanks for the screenshots - that helps...

Let me take a look at the API specs for the lte panel and see if I can spot anything. Sit tight until I report back...

                      no

                      should i delete that one?

                      Yes.

                      or

crop the keys out using a photo editor.

Here do not have dashes or spaces between the keys...I do not know if that makes a difference.

I redid my keys here using dashes, disabled the plugin and re enabled the plugin and it connected fine.

ok, it's definitely your panel type that is the problem. The logs show it identifying the controller, but it is not the correct type.

Are you sure it is an Omni LTe?
Can you try changing the dropdown to Omni LT and restart the plugin?

If those do not work, I need to release a build that will give me more info.

                          Thanks
