How to trigger event on isy scene?

I do not see how to trigger an event based on a scene. I can trigger on a isy device but not a scene.

That's correct. ISY scenes do not have state/status so there's nothing to trigger on. You can either trigger on one of the responding devices in the scene changing state or on the scene controller sending the command to set the state.

Since I do set the on/off state for the HomeSeer representation of a scene, I believe you can use a standard HomeSeer event trigger on that. The plug-in's definition of a scene state is if all devices in the scene are at the value specified by the scene, then the scene is on, otherwise it's off. Triggering off of this state may not do what you want if any of the devices in the scene are subject to change independent of the scene.
