All Devices Off

I have a SmartStick+ and registerd a bunch of z-wave devices. At some point I had to change computers and simply copied the HS3 folder to the new computer (as advised on this forum). I am almost 100% sure that after this copy everything still worked fine. Today I did the HS3 update and now when I go to device management all my z-wave devices show up as Off. I am not sure if this happened before or after the update. I also noticed that the SmartStick+ has an exclamation mark but after rebooting and clicking on it again it got the green checkmark. It seems to be intermittent though because it has gone yellow again just to go back to green after a few trials from my side.

So my questions is, how do I get all my devices back on again (seeing their current state) and how do I prevent the SmartStick+ to get the yellow exclamation mark?
