Which of these wifi bulbs need a hub

Hi: just purchased HS3 and excited to start this hobby. I saw at Home Depot various items on sale. Which of the following wifi lights need a separate hub in order for homeseer to be able to control or is there a plug in that obviates the need for a hub:

• Philips Hue Iris wifi bulb
• TCP Connected bulb
• Go Control Kit (security)

Also can the GE Link hub control the Philips hue iris wifi bulb?

The plugin JowiHue works great with Philips Hue. It can control the GE Link bulbs also (Hue). TCP Connected are a different protocol. I don't know about Link hub controlling Hue bulbs but there is no Link HS plugin that I am aware of.

No, you need the hub.
