Child Lockout - Cooper Aspire RF

I see Cooper Aspire switches have a child lockout option. Does anyone know if you need an Aspire RF controller to activate this feature?

Did you ever figure this out? I'm trying to decide on a purchase of several switches and really want this feature to work with HS. I've also seen reference to it having two options, one allows a press-sequence to operate, one does total lockout....

No, you don't need an Aspire Controller.

Just create an event and execute a ZWave action labelled "Change a devices Protection Mode" - then select "No local action".
