    HS3 Valve Off

Adam, for some reason as soon as I turn a valve on it immediately goes back off. Just now getting warm enough here to run sprinklers. This is the first time I have tried to run them. Here is debug info:

    Apr-02 8:49:50 PM EZFlora Debug HSEvent GENERIC Case: Parms = ACK 40 00 01 19 BE 07 1E DB 1A 27 40 00
Apr-02 8:49:50 PM EZFlora Debug Entered HSEvent GENERIC Case
Apr-02 8:49:50 PM EZFlora Info EZFlora 19.BE.07 all programs off
Apr-02 8:49:50 PM EZFlora Debug Entered ProcessProgramsOff() subroutine.
Apr-02 8:49:50 PM EZFlora Info EZFlora 19.BE.07 all valves off
Apr-02 8:49:50 PM EZFlora Debug Entered ProcessValvesOff() subroutine.
    Apr-02 8:49:50 PM EZFlora Debug HSEvent GENERIC Case: Parms = 01 19 BE 07 1E DB 1A 27 40 00
Apr-02 8:49:50 PM EZFlora Debug Entered HSEvent GENERIC Case
Apr-02 8:49:50 PM EZFlora Debug Entered SetIOMulti() subroutine.
Apr-02 8:49:50 PM Device Control Device: Irrigation Valve 1 to On (100) by/from: CAPI Control Handler

First entry on the bottom is where I hit On. Same for all of the valves.

    Thanks

    Chris,

It sounds like the timers for each valve are set to 0. From the config page, select the EZFlora device checkbox and edit device. Then click on the manual timers and make sure there is a value other than 0 associated with each valve that is used. If the timer value is set to 0, the EZFlora disables the valve and it will act similar to what you are experiencing.

Also, what version of the plugin are you currently running?

Please let me know if this does not fix the issue,

    Adam

2.0.0.1 is version and I had thought about the program timers being zero. I checked again today and the manual program timer said 30mins for all valves. I decreased the value for each just to make a change and it didn't help.

Looking at your log, it looks like the command to turn on the valve is never being sent. The message that is shown is a broadcast from the EZFlora with its current status. Was your setup previously working and it just started having issues?

Could you try deleting the EZFlora from the config page, make sure a that all of the valves, programs, etc are removed from the HS3 device list and then shut down the plugin. After that re-enable the plugin, and re-add the device. It sounds like something may not have initialized properly.

Yes it was working under HS3 but it was setup during winter and didn't do extensive testing. I just did the demo to check that it turned the valves on and off before I purchased. I am just now getting around to re-writing my events and noticed it had broke at some point.

I disabled the plugin-in and removed all the created devices along with the .ini files. Added back and configured again with same result. Also went back into manual program and it read the previously set manual timers from the device which at least tells me it is talking? Maybe not transmitting as you say. I also cranked up Insteon logging and didn't see anything from that plugin either. Here is another log paste from earlier:

Adam, I just tried something else. Remembered I could do a factory reset on the EZFlora and it seems to be working after that. It was the device all along. Very strange. Sorry for the fire drill.

I'm glad it is working now. Let me know if you run into any other issues.
