Considering a solar power system that can use modbus

Hello all,

I am considering a complete solar power system. Panels with microinverters and a reporting system called Enphase Envoy. It interacts with the microinverters and provides a single point of contact. From what I read about in some research, their system is capable of modbus local communications.

I think I'd like to connect the solar power system to HS3 and I'm suspecting that the modbus plugin would be key.

Has anyone else interfaced with an Enphase system with modbus?

I just connected my Solaredge inverter via Modbus. The initial connection was straightforward, figuring out how to get device data is another story.
