URL for direct device control

Maybe I'm just missing it but I want use iRule to send commands to HS.
Does HS support the ability to address devices directly from a URL?
Like, could have my own html page with links on it that turn my X10 devices on and off at a click?

Take a look at Tenserver and Rover (HS2 updater).
