Ecolink Door/Window Sensor - tampering cover removed

    Greetings

I find that the only way to resolve this message is to Remove the Z-Wave Device using the "Remove Node" function and then add it back using the "Add Node" function.

    Is there an easier way?

I think I remember seeing a "reset notifications" button under one of the child devices for the alarm portion.

Also if you use the stick on tape the switch on the back may not be turning off.

      Greetings

I removed the cover to trigger the "Tampering Cover Removed" condition and then replaced it. The status remains unchanged, i.e. "Tampering Cover Removed"

I removed the device from the mounting base so the "Tape" cannot be a factor. No change.

I do not find a "Reset" button for the device.

      Cheers
