    such simple fixes add smiles

so about 1.5yrs ago i upgraded my cell (galaxy note 3) to Lollipop (android and their candy os names...) and my gps seemed to be a hit or miss. But bought the prius with gps so have been using that.
Now with the big truck on the road I want to use my gps for a speedometer. Well have had nothing but issues.
I remembered that the previous version KitKat (4.4.4) worked way better for gps than Lollipop (5.0) so it took me forever to find the files and flash my phone without knocking the KNOX flag...
gps seemed to be ok now but using 2-6 satellite locks and 14 in view. on drive in to work yesterday it stopped working after 30 miles. Ugh... so last night googled and found this
    https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyNote3...3_gps_problem/

Just opened my phone right now... ughhhhh and now my gps is rock solid locking on 18 with 21 in view and locked in 3 seconds!!!!!!!!!

video of big truck 2 weeks ago first road use in a long time...
