PLM no longer communicating with devices

Hi, I noticed recently that HS was no longer responding to commands from devices. Today, I did a "Test Comms" with all devices on the network, and every device failed after 4 tries.

It looks like the plugin is connected to the PLM just fine, and sending commands works fine. It seems like the PLM is not receiving a response from any of the devices. Is there more testing I can do to determine if this is an issue with the plugin or with the PLM itself?

Here's a log example from the tests:

Code:
Dec-15 4:29:06 PM Insteon	Pinging Insteon device 1A.4B.65
Dec-15 4:29:06 PM Insteon	Did not get a ping response from Insteon device Outside Flood Lights (1A.4B.65)
Dec-15 4:29:01 PM Insteon	Pinging Insteon device 1A.4B.65
Dec-15 4:29:01 PM Insteon	Did not get a ping response from Insteon device Outside Flood Lights (1A.4B.65)
Dec-15 4:28:55 PM Insteon	Pinging Insteon device 1A.4B.65
Dec-15 4:28:55 PM Insteon	Did not get a ping response from Insteon device Master Bedroom Tabletop Keypad (19.31.C7)
Dec-15 4:28:50 PM Insteon	Pinging Insteon device 19.31.C7
Dec-15 4:28:50 PM Insteon	Did not get a ping response from Insteon device Master Bedroom Tabletop Keypad (19.31.C7)
If I try to turn a device on or off this is what the plugin outputs:

Code:

holiday lights might be causing a problem. unplug any new equipment you recently plugged in and retest. there are other threads in this forum about comm issues and noisy devices that will give you some diagnostic ideas

We don't have any holiday lights put up yet, and I don't think I've introduced any new electronic devices in my home since well before this issue started occuring. Could it be an issue with the PLM? Transmit works fine but receiving doesn't work so well.

Yes. Try "Reset and Reprogram Interface" from the Insteon screen. If this works, it means that the FLASH memory in the PLM was somehow corrupted. It receives the messages from the devices, but doesn't realize those messages are for it.

If this works, you may find that this happens again randomly till the PLM fails completely. You may want to go ahead and order a replacement now.

I tried doing a reset/reprogram but that did not work. I ended up shutting everything down and cutting power to the house completely for about 5 minutes. That seemed to fix all the issues I was having as the PLM is working normally now. I bought an extra PLM just in-case.
