Missing Base Unit Temperature Device

I just added a second ecobee3 (full version) for our upstairs zone and it appears to have imported into HS3 missing a temperature sensor. My downstairs unit has 3 remote sensors, each with temperature and occupancy, as well temperature, humidity, and occupancy from the thermostat itself. The new upstairs unit has 1 remote sensor. I have HS3 devices for the remote sensor temperature and occupancy, but the thermostat itself only has devices for humidity and occupancy, not temperature.

Any ideas as to the problem?

Well, looks like I posted too soon. I restarted the plugin and checked my filters in the device list and it's there.
