Can't get DSC Plugin working on COM6 or COM7

        Hi, I moved from a ZeeS2 to HS3PRO on a Window 10 platform.

The DSC Plugin worked on the ZS2, partly because the COM ports were all available. On Windows 10, the only 2 COM Ports the USB devices show up as are COM6 and COM7.

Problem is on the Manage Plugins page the DSC Plugin only has drop-down options for COM3, COM4, or COM5, and it does not appear that you can type in your own.

How is it possible to override the drop-down options for the DSC plugin so I can get the DSC to communicate? I'm using the IT100 interface with a DSC 1864 panel.

        Thanks!

So, I've read all 13 pages of this forum going back over a decade. I'm relatively new to homeseer, about 3 months in. I'm trying to decide between then it 100 and envisalink. I bought and installed the envisalink, but I'm considering adding the it100. I am happy with the zone monitoring from the envisalink ,but I want to hAve the ability to program my dsc 1832 with the dl5 software, to save all those keypresses. Before I go get the it 100, I want to confirm, is there any way to program the 1832 with just the envisalink 4 (and plugin) installed? I thank you for your responses.

I replied to your other post that asked the same question.
