Long delays, how is your setup ?

Thanks Greig, I will go for both: Separate board AND change timing.
What would be great would be to also have this board transmit what comes to an ASCII pin, back to HS.
This would help a lot to get rid of the COM transmitting over wires for my electrical counter, witch is in the same closet.

Thanks a lot for all this help, the plugin is very easy to handle, adding test boards ans pins in a pinch is a very nice feature

You could build this with the plugin on a board using the API mode and your own code to get the ASCII data on to the board and in to Homeseer.

I was really hoping not to have to use my own code, since I am not good at this.
I might try when things get more calm on the arduino plugin front ...
