Applets not running

I'm sure this must've been asked before....but I installed IFTTT on my iOS device, connected it with my homeseer account, and created two recipes. One for when I leave my house, one for when I arrive home. They never seem to run.

I went to sync options and even tried different configurations but couldn't get them to work.

I don't think it's anything related to homeseer; they just never fire. Anyone have suggestions? Am I missing something basic? Location services are on obviously.

I'm not sure this ever worked correctly as I tried the same with my Android and it never fired the recipe.
