Bought the upgrade from Hometroller-SEL HS3 to PRO. I got the new license code but can't figure out how to update. I connected to my controller through the browser then went to setup and tried register online button but it fails. I contacted support but still waiting on a response. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

There is no difference between the actual HS program any more (there was between HS2 and HS2PRO), PRO just means you get the additional extras in terms of the HSTouch designer, HST developed plugins etc. I don't know how or even if you need to resubmit the code into the application - what issues do you have, do the plugins not work that you download? -
When I try to download the plug-ins it says they are still trials so there has to be some way to update the license.Comment
