Can you use both HS Alexa skills at same time?

Can you load both of the HS Alexa skills so that you can control the lights that Alexa sees as devices without needing to say "tell Homeseer to". and also take advantage of the more advanced skill for events and devices not seen with the other skill.

Or is it one or the other, not both at same time.
