I have a PRO-100 Series I controller (two serial ports, two USB, two IEEE 1394, one LAN, around 2006 vintage) that will not boot. It sometimes gets as far as the blue PRO-100 splash screen. It was running HS2.
The HomeSeer store does not list a System Restore USB stick. I spoke with John at HomeSeer on 12/23 who indicated there is not one available for either HS2 or HS3 for the PRO-100-S1 units.
I do have a backup of the HS configuration and don't care if I need to restore it to factory default settings, reload the newest HS2 installer/version, then restore my unique HS system devices configuration. (I prefer to keep HS2 running on it and not upgrade to HS3, if possible.)
What options do I have to get this unit up and running again?
