after a forced upgrade, my HTTPS stopped working. I'm getting this error:
6/18/2018 10:23:08 PM ~!~Error~!~Unable to access SSL certificate file: The specified network password is not correct.
I've tried these instructions for re-generating a new cert and password:

but no luck. Any ideas? It was working fine then poof.
