I'm not sure, do you also have google assistant installed? Going to "more settings" changes the top nav bar title to Google Assistant, so it might be google home settings dependent on that app also being installed. Otherwise you might need a physical device, which I do have and am now using (and also have google assistant installed). If it's with noting I'm using an iPhone.

I have Google Aasistant installed also. If I drive into the settings menus there I do find a bunch of 3rd party HA apps, just not HS.

Getting antsy over here! The change to prevent GH from using ha-bridge combined with the ability to have multiple users means I have a lot of setting up to do to get things working correctly, and direct API integration is a big part of it (since the skill doesn't work with Android Wear 2.0).

We are done with coding, and it all tests ok, just waiting for Google to approve it. Will try and get a status.

Nice! Can't wait, thanks for the update!

I've noticed very often announcements for new integrations on Fri, but not sure if it's been a coincidence, when the news services seem to pick it up or when then really release it.

With Apple also in the market, wouldn't surprise me if Google starts more frequent updates.

I was just looking at the list of supported integrations hoping maybe it snuck on there, but still no luck There was a "click here to chat with a google home specialist" button, so I clicked it and asked when it would be available and got a number of copy/paste "we'll let our engineering team know you're interested" and other generic answers, including a suggestion I use IFTTT (ha!). That's 5 minutes of my life I'll never get back...

Has there been any further news? I think I've been checking the Home app on my phone at least once a day to see if the new Home Control device option is listed yet.

It takes a little getting used to if you have been using an echo, but I've since decommissioned my puck and echo because the Home is far more functional. The casting feature alone is a reason to quit Echo. And in a month or two when you can answer and make calls directly from home using your android phone (think hands free for your home) it's going to be hard for Echo to keep up.

Just a quick update. We are confident all coding is complete and tested, just waiting for them to approve it. We are pinging them daily.

With Homeseer being one of the best home automation platforms out there, I'm curious so many others were approved before us. Googles really dropped the ball on this one I feel.

While I agree that Homeseer is one of if not the best, Google is adding based upon how large the company is, how many users they have, etc... The amount of HS users there are pales in comparison to Hue for example.

That's a fair observation. I wondered as much but wasn't sure of the HS user base.

                                Available in Canada ?

Hi, Is the HomeSeer service for Google Home service available in Canada ? I do not see it in the list.

                                Thanks
