First alert issue

I paid the first alert detector from Lowes. I see the devices it created. But shortly after my other zwave device don't want to work. If I go to the devices setting section under zwave. I see this. So restarted the z stick and everything is working. Has anyone had this issue

OptionsError: Failed to get the node list for network E5C8EC79. Node Number options cannot be displayed.
