KeypadLinc Do the buttons report to HS

    KeypadLinc V2 Dimmer

Question is... do the buttons report to HS or are they only for Insteon devices only?

If they do not report back is there some device like ZWave that has all the buttons that does report? Most of my house is Philips Lights and Insteon switches and ZWave locks and sensors.

I checked all the threads but couldn't seem to find a simple answer, sorry for repeating!

All the buttons on the dimmer show up in the plugin. The links show up.

    Code:
Link #2	Button A has local control reporting to HomeSeer
Link #3	Button B has local control reporting to HomeSeer
Link #4	Button C has local control reporting to HomeSeer
Link #5	Button D has local control reporting to HomeSeer
Link #6	Button D has local control reporting to HomeSeer
Link #9	Button Off has local control reporting to HomeSeer
Link #1	Button On/Load has local control reporting to HomeSeer
Link #12	Button A is controlled by HomeSeer using Hub Group #2 (Button Control Group) - On Level : On
Link #13	Button B is controlled by HomeSeer using Hub Group #3 (Button Control Group) - On Level : On
Link #11	Button On/Load is controlled by HomeSeer using Hub Group #1 (Button Control Group) - On Level: 100%, Ramp Rate: .1 Sec.
Link #8	Button On/Load is controlled by HomeSeer using Hub Group #1 (Button Control Group) - On Level: 100%, Ramp Rate: .1 Sec.
Link #10	Button On/Load is controlled by HomeSeer using Hub Group #254 (HomeSeer All Devices Group) - On Level: 100%, Ramp Rate: .1 Sec.
Link #7	Button On/Load is controlled by HomeSeer using Hub Group #254 (HomeSeer All Devices Group) - On Level: 100%, Ramp Rate: .1 Sec.
    Link #14	Unknown Group/Button Name #31 is controlled by Unregistered Device Group 162 (04.3C.BF) - On Level : 100?

Warning: This Insteon device controls or is controlled by devices you have not yet registered with the plug-in. HomeSeer may not be aware of any control commands that might come from the unregistered device. Please add the unknown device to your system if possible.

When you add the insteon device, it will create a device for each button. Then in events you can test them. Pretty straightforward.

I had to reset the wall device. Then I deleted all the links on HS Insteon. Then created new links. Then programmed the device with the new links.

        Now its all working!
