I used to have devices. After performing a sync through the Harmony IOS App i lose the devices

Have you guys looked at the following thread https://forums.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=186891

If this doesn't work please do the following:

- enable debug of the plugin
- start a scan of activities and the devices
- sent me the plugin related logging and you plug.ini file

I reinstalled this plug-in to follow your suggestions and grab the logs but my trial has expired. Is it possible to get this reset so I can try it again?

Was Working For Months Now Its Not

I posted my info earlier in this thread. I have been using your plugin for a many months. When I recently began updating each hub through the logitech app. I looked at your plugin post hub update the devices in the device list were removed.

What do I do to fix this? What do you need from me to help you help me fix this?

Rescanned Devices in Debug Mode - W n

I am running windows 7. I ran
C:\Program Files\HomeSeer HS3\Bin\HarmonyHub\harmonyhubcontrol_linux_arm.exe.
I turned the plugin off and then back on. Put the plugin in debug. Scanned my devices. Here is my log:

The log looks good for Hub3.

I asume you have 3 hubs, are they all at the latest firmware level? What version ?

Many users use this plugin, including myself :-) and I have no reports on problems with firmware for a long time now.

Can you also sent me the plugin .ini file ?

Hub 3 Is Different

I have 4 hubs. All 4 hubs used to work until I started updated the firmware a couple of months ago by syncing through the Logitech app on the iphone. Now the only hub working is #3, which does not have the new firmware. I left #3 on the old firmware as proof that the other hubs used to work. I also hope that #3 working will help us figure out why the other Hubs aren't working. I couldn't attach the ini file so i made it a txt file. Hope this helps.
Harmony Hub Firmware Versions are
Hub 1 - 4.13.100, Build 171, last sync Sept 7, 2017 - "Harmony Smart Control"
Hub 2 - 4.13.100, Build 171, last sync Sept 6, 2017, has a Hub Extender 1.1.42 - "Harmony Smart Control"
Hub 3 - 4.13.100, Build 171, last sync Sept 7, 2017 - "Harmony Ultimate Home"
Hub 4 - 4.13.100, Build 171, last sync Sept 7, 2017 - "Harmony Smart Control"

So there is a difference between Hub #3 and the others, but the devices used to appear on all 4 hubs prior to Sept 7.
