    and the device is:

    Reference ID 1117
    Technology Address F83F974B-007-Q28
    Status 0 = OFF
    Value 0 = "0 "
    String
    Supports Status True
    Dimmable False
    Interface Z-Wave
Extra Data Store 39 Named entries, 0 UnNamed entries.
Device Type Internal Energy API, Type: Volts, SubType:
    Device Type (String)
    Z-Wave Volts

So I'm not sure what the issue is. I have about 50 of their nano/micro smart switch and they all have Volts and they work.

Rich said he changed the inclusion process on those such that voltage reporting is not set by default, to reduce unnecessary traffic. He felt that volt reporting on every device is superfluous. You should be able to go into Z-Wave settings on the root and select the items you want reported on each of the three group schedules.

I do have some Aeotec devices but not these. Aren't they line powered? If so, the volts will be relatively constant. The amps and watts are what compute energy usage as long as voltage is constant. On a line connected device, I just don't see why volts is an important variable. It should be a constant. For me, I prefer watts.

Now, should this device be a battery powered device, I'll claim a Roseanne Roseannadanna. Never mind...

Does your dimmer status in Homeseer update when switched locally? I’ve set the root device to enable notifications but nothing shows up in the log when the unit is switched manually. I can get it to poll the unit and update but I’d rather have instant notification.

Most times it updated without issue. I have only had a couple times where it did not. I have since added the WallMote and removed all switches and have had no issues. I love them as I can switch and scene with one unit instead of 4 switches.
