Trying to find a suitable Homeseer-controlled door lock in Aussie. There is one Z-wave Schlage lock available but it comes in a kit and requires a monthly fee for some reason. I assume its OK to add say an Insteon network for a doorlock and use it in parallel with a Z-wave network so they can talk to each other- or I may be wrong. Are there any Insteon doorlocks that dont require mains power - only ones I have seen hve a US power outlet.
