    Help! Unable to register after factory reset

    I have a hometroller zees2 that was having all kinds of problems. I did a factory reset, and now it will not let me register the device because the codes on the bottom of the device are already registered.

    I have backup files from before I did the reset. Is there some way to get the registration from one of the prior backups?

    Or do I have to wait for support to fix this for me?

    I would paste the data from the help page, but it's not displaying because of the registration error.

      I already have an email to support because of all the problems I've had with this thing. I was hoping there would be a way I could just copy a file from a backup and get on my way since I don't get much time to work on this during the week.
