    Conversion from string "0A" to type 'Long' is not valid

    Hi, I'm using the Rain8 plugin that's included with HS. I'm seeing the error below, any idea how to have this fixed?

    Code:
    Jul-16 9:39:22 PM Rain8 Error in Poll Thread, Conversion from string "0A" to type 'Long' is not valid.
    Jul-16 9:39:32 PM Rain8 Poll Thread Error, plugin is shutting down. Conversion from string "0A" to type 'Long' is not valid.
    I'm using a Rain8Net connected via RS232, PC running Win 7, HS3

    Thanks

    WGL has a couple of programs to test your Rain8Nets here:

    Rain8net

    Rain8net Configuration program

    Rain8net Demo program

    Shut down Homeseer 3 and run the test programs to validate hardware transport and to make sure that your Rain8Nets are working.

    If all is well then run debug and watch logs.

    If errors persist then post over here relating to your plugin.

    ====> Rain8Net

    Apologies as I wasn't being too specific to the above post.

    The above though will validate your hardware serial transport and Rain8Net's functions.

    Here have been using Rain8Nets now for over 10 years. I did damage two of them a few years back due to a lightning strike. I have not had any problems since replacement.

    I do now run mcsSprinklers on a Seagate Dockstar in the same box as the two Rain8nets.
